Recurring community events

Coffee Klatch — Every Wednesday

Wednesdays, 9:30 AM · Clubhouse — Everyone is invited to stop by each Wednesday morning for fresh coffee and friendly conversation. Whether you're a longtime resident or brand new to the community, the Coffee Klatch is the easiest way to catch up with neighbors and make new friends.

Crafting Thursdays

Thursdays · Clubhouse — A relaxed, drop-in craft session in the clubhouse. Bring a project you're working on or join whatever the group has planned for the week.

Allendale Reading Bus

Wednesdays, 1:00 – 1:45 PM · Community Center — The Allendale Public School rolling library visits Boulder Ridge every Wednesday through the summer. The bright red and white Reading Bus brings free books right into our community — a great way to keep young readers engaged all summer long.

Boulder Ridge Lawn Contest

All summer — Every beautiful yard helps make our community a place we're all proud to call home. Keep caring for your lawn and landscaping and you could be one of our winners of a $25 gift certificate.

Community Expansion & Resident Referral Program

Our expansion is well underway, and we're excited to share that in June we welcomed six new homeowners to Boulder Ridge. As a reminder, our Resident Referral Program is still in place — for every new person you refer to Boulder Ridge who purchases a new home in the community, you receive one month of free rent. Thank you for helping us grow a strong, welcoming community.

Enjoy the Pool This Summer

Our community pool is the perfect place to cool off during warm summer days. Please follow all posted pool guidelines and help keep the pool area clean for everyone. Children should always be supervised, and everyone is encouraged to be respectful of fellow residents while enjoying the facilities.
