Community Guidelines
Boulder Ridge has a reputation as one of the cleanest, safest, and most welcoming manufactured home communities in West Michigan. These guidelines exist to protect that — and to make sure every resident can enjoy their home and neighborhood.
Homes & Lots
- Keep your home exterior, skirting, steps, and deck in good repair.
- Lawns should be mowed regularly and landscaping kept tidy throughout the growing season.
- Sheds, decks, fences, and other exterior additions require written management approval before installation.
- Trash and recycling containers should be stored out of view except on collection day.
Vehicles & Parking
- The community speed limit is 15 MPH on all streets.
- Park in your driveway or designated parking areas only — never on lawns or in the street.
- Vehicles must be licensed, insured, and in operating condition.
- Recreational vehicles, trailers, and boats require management approval for on-site storage.
Pets
- Pets must be registered with the community office.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside your home.
- Please clean up after your pet immediately, including at the dog park.
- Excessive noise or aggressive behavior may result in removal of pet privileges.
Amenities & Community Spaces
- Amenities are for residents and their accompanying guests.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at the pool and playground.
- No glass containers in the pool area.
- Please leave the clubhouse, game room, and fitness center clean and ready for the next resident.
Being a Good Neighbor
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Report maintenance concerns to the community office so we can address them quickly.
- For after-hours emergencies, use the community emergency contact number.
